Training Format - Action Learning:
1. Action Learning is a dynamic process that involves teams of people solving real problems. The process focusses on what team members are learning and how they could contribute to the goals of other members and the organization
2. Action Learning creates a multiplying impact to equip individuals, especially leaders, in responding to change. Results of learning are strategic rather than tactical as fresh thinking and new learning are needed if we are to avoid responding to today's problems with yesterday's solutions
